Brushless motor has low interference, compare to brushed motors, there will be no spark generated when motor is running, thus greatly reduce electric spark interference to remote radio equipment. Low noise, smooth operation, brushless motor has less friction force during operation, which is a great advantage for the stability of equipment operation. Long service life and low maintenance costs, brushless motor is mainly abrasion on the bearing, and only need to clean dust when necessary. Driver is compatible with motors that has or has no hall sensor, supports potentiometer speed control function, external 10V voltage speed control function, power on/off function, speed output function, alarm output function, CW/CCW function. Widely used in small appliances, electric tools, water pump, fan control system, etc.

2, Connect to external 10VDC voltage. PG (there is a 5V speed pulse output between this port and earth). If output frequency is P(Hz), motor pole number is N, speed is F(RPM), then output speed frequency, P=FN/60.

ALM, there is alarm pulse output between this port and earth. This port outputs 5V high level when normal working. When it is powered on, but speed control is quite low and motor does not rotate, port is low level; that is to say, when EN button is open, as long as motor does not rotate, alarm port is low level, indicating the state is abnormal and need to be dealt with. When it is under-voltage, over-voltage, stall, lacking phase or phase short circuit, port is low level.

F/R, external switch connects to F/R port at one end, and to earth at the other end; motor's rotating direction can be changed. En button, external switch connects to EN port at one end, and to earth at the other end; motor starts when connect to earth.

Motor stops working when stalled, and starts when powered on again. Green light on when powered on. Red light flashes once at intervals when EN power on, potentiometer or external voltage not power on. Red light flashes seven times at intervals when EN not power on and on stand-by state. 0.5KV, 1min(normal temperature and pressure).
